This functional, everyday piece of furniture has been transformed into sculpture. Special attention was given to the concept of viewing it from all sides and angles as you would any piece of sculpture. Every view has strong lines and a different point of interest. Each piece is individually built, signed and dated. Not only is it beautiful, it is unbelievably comfortable to sit on.

The cherry and walnut pieces are finished with hand rubbed oil and waxed to a satin smooth sheen and touch. The figured maple is finished with a water clear lacquer to preserve the natural contrast of the wood.
